Cancellation Policy

Product(s) once sold can be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of sale or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier In such a case, customers are requested to immediately inform us at enquiry@beautysutra.shop with the complete order details.

Return Policy

Since our product(s) belong to the personal care category, they cannot be returned due to health and hygiene concerns. However, Beauty Sutra Naturals will accept the return of products that are delivered either defective/damaged or different other than ordered.

We will replace such product(s) free of cost once the customer writes to us within 24 hours of the delivery at enquiry@beautysutra.shop along with the specific supportive pictures. Upon the receipt of the returned product, Beauty Sutra Naturals team will verify the complaint and if convinced will issue a full refund or a replacement of the product. However, the final decision about the return & refund lies at the discretion of Beauty Sutra Naturals only.
Kindly allow us 7-10 working days for replacement of the product.

Refund

Refund against approved cancellations will be processed after the standard deductions such as payment gateway charges and as applicable. All refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days
